Lobster royale with crayfish and ginger cappuccino.

Hokkaido pumpkin velouté flavored with mild spices, roasted duck foie gras and gingerbread croutons.

Creamy risotto with black truffles, meat jus and aged parmesan shavings.

Main courses

Roasted wild pollack fillet on skin, assortment of colored sweet potatoes, leek fondue with Noilly Prat and Tahitian vanilla champagne sauce.
